Ms. Bradley clerked for the Hon. Robert D. Sack of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  Prior to her clerkship, she was an associate at Heller Ehrman LLP where her primary practice areas were antitrust and securities litigation.

Ms. Bradley graduated from Stanford Law School.  She was elected to the Order of the Coif, and was the recipient of the Hilmer Oehlmann, Jr., writing prize and the Frank Baker Belcher Evidence Award.  She graduated with pro bono distinction.

During law school, Ms. Bradley was a member and an executive editor of the Stanford Law Review.  She also served low-income clients in East Palo Alto through her work with the Stanford Community Law Clinic.

Ms. Bradley received her bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in 1999, double majoring in psychology and political science.  After graduating, she worked for three years in marketing and public relations positions at VMware, Inc.
